Burette Infusion Set 100ml / 150ml — Paediatric Graduated IV Set Manufacturer (OEM Bulk)
Category: Infusion Sets
Product Description
The HEZE YINUO burette infusion set is a disposable, sterile IV administration set built around a transparent, graduated burette chamber of 100 ml or 150 ml. By pre-measuring a defined fluid volume in the burette and closing the upper line, the clinician helps prevent accidental over-infusion — a useful safety feature for paediatric, neonatal (NICU) and elderly IV therapy, and for small-volume or carefully titrated medication delivery in adults.
Each set includes the standard components of an IV burette assembly: spike for the IV bag, the graduated burette measuring chamber, a drip chamber, IV tubing, a roller clamp for flow control, a Y injection site for secondary medication, and a Luer connector (Luer Lock or Luer Slip available as OEM options). The product is single-use, EO sterilised and individually packaged.
Manufactured by a CE-marked supplier operating under an ISO 13485:2016 quality system. Available for OEM and private-label export to EU, MENA, Latin America and Southeast Asia. Detailed engineering specifications, drop factors and material declarations are available on request and can be confirmed in writing as part of the quotation.

When to Use a Burette Set
Burette sets are typically chosen when the prescribed IV volume is small relative to the source bag or where over-infusion is clinically undesirable: paediatric and neonatal fluid maintenance, small-volume antibiotic delivery, weight-based dosing, and titration of medications such as chemotherapy or electrolyte replacement. The graduated 100 ml or 150 ml chamber lets the clinician pour off only the prescribed volume before closing the upper roller clamp.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a burette infusion set used for?
A burette infusion set features a graduated measuring chamber (typically 100 ml or 150 ml) inserted between the spike and the drip chamber. The clinician pre-fills the burette with the exact volume to be delivered and then closes the upper line, helping to prevent accidental over-infusion. It is most commonly used in paediatrics, neonatal intensive care, and for small-volume or carefully titrated medication delivery where dose precision is important.
What burette volumes are available?
Our standard configurations are 100 ml and 150 ml graduated burette chambers. Other volumes and graduations can be evaluated for OEM orders.
Is the burette set CE and ISO 13485 certified?
Yes. HEZE YINUO MEDICAL is CE marked under the EU MDR framework and our quality system is ISO 13485:2016 certified. Up-to-date certificates and Declarations of Conformity are available on request for tender and import documentation.
Is the burette infusion set sterile and single-use?
Yes. Each set is individually packaged, sterilised with ethylene oxide (EO) and intended for single use only. Tampering with the packaging or re-use is not permitted.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the configuration and packaging. Contact our sales team with your target burette volume, connector type, Y-port option and packaging requirements to receive an exact MOQ quotation and tiered wholesale pricing.
Do you offer OEM and private-label burette infusion sets?
Yes — OEM and ODM are core services. We support custom branding, multilingual labelling (English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Russian, Portuguese), country-specific regulatory artwork, and configurable specifications such as burette volume (100 ml or 150 ml), connector type (Luer Lock / Luer Slip) and Y-port presence.
