Our disposable scalp vein set (butterfly needle) is designed for short-term intravenous access, blood collection, and IV medication administration. The butterfly wing design provides excellent stability and control during insertion, making it the preferred choice for pediatric patients, elderly patients, and patients with difficult venous access.
Available in a comprehensive gauge range from 18G to 30G with color-coded wings conforming to ISO standards for instant size identification. The set features a single wire or double blade needle with painless injection design, flexible butterfly wings for secure taping, and transparent PVC tubing. A protective PE needle cover ensures safe handling prior to use. The flexible wings can be easily folded for secure fixation to the patient's skin.
Each scalp vein set is individually packaged in a high-quality blister pack, EO sterilized, and certified non-toxic and non-pyrogenic. CE and ISO 13485 certified for global distribution. OEM customization is available.

What is the typical production lead time and shipping schedule?
Standard lead time is 15–30 days after order confirmation, depending on order quantity and customization. We ship FOB Qingdao or Shanghai by sea, by air, or by international express (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Our team will recommend the most economical method based on your urgency, volume and destination port.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), L/C at sight, Western Union and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Standard terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance against B/L copy. For long-term partners we offer flexible terms after credit evaluation.
Do you offer OEM, ODM and private-label packaging?
Yes, OEM and ODM are core services. We support custom branding, logo printing, multilingual labeling and country-specific regulatory artwork (English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Russian, Portuguese). Our in-house team can also adapt product specifications to meet local registration requirements.
Can I get a free sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Free standard samples are available; you only cover international courier costs. For OEM samples or custom specifications, a sample tooling fee may apply but is refundable against the first bulk order.
