Our Luer Lock disposable syringes feature a secure threaded (screw-on) connection between the syringe tip and needle hub, preventing accidental needle detachment during injection procedures. This makes Luer Lock syringes the preferred choice for high-pressure applications, aspiration procedures, and any situation where a positive needle-syringe connection is critical.
Available in a complete size range from 1ml to 60ml, our Luer Lock syringes are manufactured from medical-grade polypropylene (PP) with white or transparent plunger options. The clear barrel features precise graduation markings for accurate dosing. Each syringe is supplied with or without a needle and is compatible with all standard Luer Lock needles and accessories.
All syringes are EO sterilized, non-pyrogenic, and non-toxic. Individually packaged in PE/Blister pouches within Middle Bags and Cartons for safe transport. CE, ISO 13485, and FSC certified for international distribution. OEM customization including private labeling and custom packaging is available.

MOQ depends on the specific product and packaging. For small disposables such as syringes and needles, MOQ typically starts at 10,000–50,000 units; for larger items such as masks, gowns and breathing components, it starts at 1,000–5,000 units. Are your products CE and ISO 13485 certified?
Yes. HEZE YINUO MEDICAL is CE marked under the EU MDR framework and ISO 13485:2016 certified. Selected product lines also carry FDA registration and CFDA approval. Up-to-date certificates are available on our Certificate page or on request for tender and import documentation.
What is the typical production lead time and shipping schedule?
Standard lead time is 15–30 days after order confirmation, depending on order quantity and customization. We ship FOB Qingdao or Shanghai by sea, by air, or by international express (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Our team will recommend the most economical method based on your urgency, volume and destination port.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), L/C at sight, Western Union and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Standard terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance against B/L copy. For long-term partners we offer flexible terms after credit evaluation.
Do you offer OEM, ODM and private-label packaging?
Yes, OEM and ODM are core services. We support custom branding, logo printing, multilingual labeling and country-specific regulatory artwork (English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Russian, Portuguese). Our in-house team can also adapt product specifications to meet local registration requirements.
Can I get a free sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Free standard samples are available; you only cover international courier costs. For OEM samples or custom specifications, a sample tooling fee may apply but is refundable against the first bulk order.
