Our disposable medical protective coveralls are a critical type of protective clothing suitable for medical clinics, hospital ward, inspection stations, ICU, and CDC sites for important isolation of virus damage. Designed to provide full-body protection against biological hazards, airborne particles, and fluid splashes in healthcare, laboratory, and industrial environments.

There is a wide selection of disposable coveralls made of breathable, micro-porous polypropylene that will comfortably serve to protect medical staffed situations where there are exposures. The coverall features a three-layer construction with high isolation outer layer, hot press tape seams for enhanced barrier protection, and microporous laminated PP inner layer. The design includes an attached hood, elastic cuffs, elastic waist, and elastic ankle closures.

Key properties include: single use, double zipper/sealed with seaming tape (plus velcro), anti-dust, anti-microbe, anti-bacteria, anti-aerosol, anti-static, and durable. Comfortable, lightweight, and breathable with non-irritant fibers (insulation). Available in PP non-woven/Hfp+breathable film/Hfp+glue/Hfp materials.

What is the typical production lead time and shipping schedule?

Standard lead time is 15–30 days after order confirmation, depending on order quantity and customization. We ship FOB Qingdao or Shanghai by sea, by air, or by international express (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Our team will recommend the most economical method based on your urgency, volume and destination port.

What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), L/C at sight, Western Union and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Standard terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance against B/L copy. For long-term partners we offer flexible terms after credit evaluation.

Do you offer OEM, ODM and private-label packaging?

Yes, OEM and ODM are core services. We support custom branding, logo printing, multilingual labeling and country-specific regulatory artwork (English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Russian, Portuguese). Our in-house team can also adapt product specifications to meet local registration requirements.

Can I get a free sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Free standard samples are available; you only cover international courier costs. For OEM samples or custom specifications, a sample tooling fee may apply but is refundable against the first bulk order.
