Product Description
Our disposable endotracheal tube (ETT) is manufactured from non-toxic, medical-grade PVC that is transparent, soft, and smooth. The tube features a high-volume, low-pressure (HVLP) cuff design that minimizes tracheal wall pressure, reducing the risk of mucosal ischemia and post-intubation complications during prolonged mechanical ventilation.
Each tube includes a radiopaque line visible on X-ray for confirming tube position, and is available with blunt tip eyes to prevent tissue trauma during intubation. The Murphy eye design ensures continued ventilation even if the main opening becomes occluded. Available in both cuffed and uncuffed configurations, with standard 15mm connectors for compatibility with all ventilators and breathing circuits.
Conforms to any patient posture, especially to operations of dentists. Available in a comprehensive size range to accommodate all patient populations from neonates to large adults. Individually packaged, EO sterilized. CE and ISO 13485 certified. Packaging: 100PCS/CTN, 41.5x41x35cm.

What is the typical production lead time and shipping schedule?
Standard lead time is 15–30 days after order confirmation, depending on order quantity and customization. We ship FOB Qingdao or Shanghai by sea, by air, or by international express (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Our team will recommend the most economical method based on your urgency, volume and destination port.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), L/C at sight, Western Union and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Standard terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance against B/L copy. For long-term partners we offer flexible terms after credit evaluation.
Do you offer OEM, ODM and private-label packaging?
Yes, OEM and ODM are core services. We support custom branding, logo printing, multilingual labeling and country-specific regulatory artwork (English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Russian, Portuguese). Our in-house team can also adapt product specifications to meet local registration requirements.
Can I get a free sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Free standard samples are available; you only cover international courier costs. For OEM samples or custom specifications, a sample tooling fee may apply but is refundable against the first bulk order.
